STAGE 1:Setting up a new Conflict File

This page requires the involvement of all participants. Each party must enter their names and a password which will be used to access their confidential response and ranking information. As well, all the parties should be in agreement as to the basic issues which underlie the conflict. This will normally require some discussion. An important part of using the Influents Algorithm is a separation of the dispute into set of conceptually discrete, non-ovelapping issues, and an articulation of each of the issues as a question.

This version of the Influents Algorithm allows for a maximum of five conflict questions.
